The world's premier Barbra Streisand impressionist and foremost Judy Garland interpreter unite for a one-night only concert to benefit Season of Concern Chicago. Award-winner Steven Brinberg tours worldwide with his acclaimed show Simply Barbara, including appearances on Broadway, London's West End, Australia, Puerto Vallarta, and Hong Kong. Award-winner Angela Ingersoll received national acclaim starring as Judy Garland onstage in End of the Rainbow, and an Emmy Award nomination for Get Happy: Angela Ingersoll Sings Judy Garland on PBS. Together, these two blazing stars combine their uncanny acts for an unforgettable concert that's hilarious, heartfelt, and bursting with pride. Featuring a stellar live band, iconic songs include "Over The Rainbow," "People," "The Trolley Song," "Don't Rain On My Parade," "The Man That Got Away," "Evergreen," and "Happy Days Are Here Again / Get Happy." ABOUT THE ARTISTS

STEVEN BRINBERG
New York Times calls him “one of the most gifted impressionists in the world.” Award-winning actor Steven Brinberg is widely regarded as the world’s premier Barbra Streisand impressionist. For over 25 years he has toured around the globe with his original show Simply Barbra, which he updates regularly. Brinberg's uncanny and hilarious homage to Streisand has met with international acclaim, including engagements at New York City's 54 Below, London's West End, Dublin, Edinburgh, Sydney, Melbourne, New Zealand, Barcelona, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Puerto Vallarta, Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. The show has earned him two MAC Awards, a Bistro Award, and a Robby Award nomination for Theater and Cabaret in Los Angeles. Brinberg toured for a decade with Marvin Hamlisch and his symphony orchestra as a special guest star. He made his Broadway debut in the concert version of Funny Girl with Whoopi Goldberg, and has appeared onstage at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and The Kennedy Center. He performed at Stephen Sondheim’s birthday celebration at the Library of Congress, and narrated concerts for the New York City Gay Men’s Chorus with text written especially for him by Terrance McNally. Steven has also performed at special events for such notables as Donna Karan, Joan Rivers, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Liza Minnelli. Film credits include Boys Life and Camp. ANGELA INGERSOLL
Los Angeles Times cheers, “Ingersoll has incandescent star power.” Angela Ingersoll is an Emmy Award-nominated and multi-award-winning actor, singer, director, and writer. She headlines stages nationwide in Get Happy: Angela Ingersoll Sings Judy Garland, receiving an Emmy nomination for her performance in the concert's television broadcast on PBS. She also won acclaim starring as Judy Garland in several productions of End of the Rainbow, receiving Chicago's Jeff Award, a BroadwayWorld Award, and Los Angeles Times Woman of the Year in Theatre. Attracting the attention of Garland’s family, Ingersoll collaborated onstage with Joey Luft, with critics dubbing her "heiress apparent to the Garland legacy." Born in Indianapolis, IN, Ingersoll began performing at age five. As a teen she attended performing arts junior and high schools, Madame Walker Youth in Arts Program, Northwestern University's National High Institute Cherub Program in Theatre, received Honorable Mentions in Theatre and Music from the National Foundation for the Advancement of the Arts, a Prelude Award for Acting, was a National Shakespeare Competition finalist, and frequently sang the National Anthem for the NBA and NCAA. She is a graduate of Ithaca College (Ithaca, NY), accepted in Opera Performance and earning a BFA in Acting. She spent her early professional years as a Young Company Member of Cincinnati Shakespeare Company and a Company Member of Playhouse on the Square (Memphis, TN). As a professional artist and business owner, she engages students by conducting young artist enrichment workshops. She is a proud union member, AEA and SAG/AFTRA.

SEASON OF CONCERN CHICAGO
Founded in 1987, Season of Concern Chicago is dedicated to providing financial assistance to all Chicagoland theater practitioners impacted by illness, injury or circumstance. SOC provides short-term emergency financial aid to theater workers through both The Biscotto-Miller Fund and The Malcolm Ewen Emergency Fund. Originally formed to assist those afflicted with AIDS-related illnesses, Season of Concern continues to support Chicago-based direct care HIV/AIDS organizations and has expanded its mission and support to meet the greater health needs of the Chicagoland theater community. Season of Concern relies on fundraising and donations to complete its mission, and to date has distributed more than $4 million to those in need. seasonofconcern.org
